To start of, our situation was a nightmare. Our house suffered a lot damages. A complete nightmare because of our insurance’s lack of empathy. For not wanting to provide adequate protection or reimbursement against the losses. To almost want to have my family and I living in the streets.

They advertise the best insurance with high reputation, but in my experience. When it comes to an emergency you’re left with little to no protection.

Our situation was tough, because not only did we pay our mortgage but we also have to move in to an apartment. That resulted in a lot of debt. A situation that would have been avoided if my insurance would have jumped into action and assisted in the beginning.

At first, I have to admit I wasn’t too knowledgeable of Matthew. At that moment, I didn’t have much trust due to the stress I was in. Worried that I wouldn’t be able to provide a roof for my my three little children. Soon after, I immediately learned that there is good people out there. People with the best intentions and are aware of your needs. That person is Matthew Zar. He personally picked his phone and listened to me. I begged him to get us out of this horrible dilemma caused by the ineptitude of our insurance.

I had lost all hope at some point and yes I didn’t think there was a way out of this predicament. And as I previously said, my thoughts quickly changed when I started seeing Matthew fighting for our case. In one of those few mediations that we were able to join.

Good customer services.. They are always available when you call. The only thing that I did not like is that the process takes a long time. I have been in a claim for more than a year to have my roof changed... and still nothing... the process is very slow... otherwise good customer service..

When the Insurance denied my claim...Zar Law Firm took my case...filed a lawsuit against the insurance company, kept me informed and guided me through the legal process. After they won my case, I received the $ needed to repair my home ...and they were paid from the settlement. Zar Law Firm did not charge me any fees....and they were only paid upon settlement. The entire staff are great helpful people....among the best that I have ever met. They are all honest, hard working people that will litigate to win your case. The customer service is HORRIBLE! No one ever returns calls. Was told on 12/13 our settlement was completed and should be getting the awarded amount soon. The holidays rolled around and we were leaving on vacation for 2 weeks. We called the office and of course n/a. Also called Jamie Wolfe’s cell and left a message explaining we were going out of town and that if the check came in to please not send it. Of course we never got a call back. We finally received a call, Facebook message and an email after writing this post. Come to find out our settlement check was sent to the wrong address and supposedly we knew but how is that possibly when we haven’t spoken to anyone since they initially called about the settlement aware? I could careless about the money, we are frustrated with how we have been treated. We feel like we are just another check for them.
