“If this is the course of action for my case, could you please let me know so that I can find another legal company to represent me and please let me know ho the reimbursement process will be? It is a stressful and frightening process for numerous immigrants, as you are aware. Especially considering the recent news that the parole program was put on hold, I have a lot more questions. Even though I paid, I don't think I'm getting the customer service I expected to receive.”

Just ten days after hiring them to represent me, I sent an email that contained that final paragraph ^^. I signed a contract with them on August 19th, and by August 26th, they had already demonstrated how unprofessional, inept, unresponsive, uncaring and just downright rude this law firm is.

I made a $1000 down payment to them. I sent them every document they requested from me since 2014 with the exception of 2023 taxes and traffic record, but they took no action at all. I had to call them to make sure they received my emails. They are Unable to take calls, provide with updates or simply offer pleasant customer care. However, they made sure to contact the day before the first monthly payment was due. Ultimately, I ended up firing them and requesting a refund. They said that only $500 could be reimbursed to me. I requested for my file to see exactly what they had done, never received it. I asked to meet with the actually attorney so I could demand my full refund and meet him for the first time. (Me quede sentada esperando). I only received $500.

Unfortunately, I now have to act like a Karen, write this lengthy review and file a grievance form to the State Bar of Texas.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM. They just want to take your money. They don’t check anything on your record. They don’t answer phone calls nor update you on anything. You never get to talk to a lawyer, all you talk to is the legal secretaries and they never know how to answer your questions. Paid $1500 for them to do absolutely nothing and got our application rejected by USCIS.
They will take advantage of you. They don’t help you at all, thankfully I went to another lawyer and got a second opinion and he told us these people are just scammers.

Spent over 10k and never got anything fixed poor communication i would get faster answers by checking my case status online then when I would call they wouldn’t know what to say when. Wow, I’m mind blown about all these other similar cases. I thought I was the only one being treated this way. I was confused as to why. Turns out that’s just how they treat everyone. I’ve been dealing with them since 2017. And it’s been getting worse and worse. As y’all can imagine, I’m in thousands of dollars. Ya’ll take your money somewhere else.

• They take your money then ask for more and more.
• Takes them years to contact you with any updates.
• Every time you go back they have a different person working your case.

• But if that isn’t enough. Front stuff is the worse. They don’t know how to be professional. Should be working in a corner store. They make faces behind your back. They like being goofy, maybe should be working at a circus actually. They never call back when you call them, phone sends you to voicemail but you can’t leave one because it’s full. When they do answer they make you wait a long time.. only to hang up on you after a few minutes waiting, then they claim it was an accident and have no idea what happened. Yet, they never call back to check in. And when you show up in person they start making up lies and more lies.

It’s frustrating to say the least. I could go on and on about every single situation I’ve experienced.

Don't spend your money here!! From my personal experience I would not recommend anyone...my father came here and it was one of the worst experiences!! Not only did we have to gather all of his paperwork and submit it on multiple occasions! I don't understand why they have people in the front who can't access simple documents or won't even tell you their name! I literally had to ask multiple times to whom I was speaking with!!(are they not certified paralegals?)! I had to bring the same paperwork up here not only once but twice and the person who submitted the paperwork said it wasn't certified even though we got it from the county clerk with the state seal and with receipt before and after his initial interview! I had to take time off work to come bring them to this office...and then whenever he did have the ceremony for his citizenship they never submitted his photos with the packet even though he paid for them! Again I drove up to the office while on the phone and still had to wait more to resolve this and then had to take another day off to take my father the next day! And before they respond with an (please email us or they didn't have records of my father) they certainly did because they always called me whenever they would lose or didn't have the required paperwork) oh by the way I waited more than ample time to receive said pictures because they had to retake them! Even though they tried to place on blame my father by saying he lost them with the packet! Never did we receive pics or USCIS did! Overall very poor!! Keep your money in your pocket and out of this office!! The picture below is how long I spent in the office after 45 mins of driving to the office while on the phone!! So they knew we were coming!

Scheduled a consult, paid, basically I don’t have any solutions for my mom. The conversation was only 5 minutes and stayed on his phone the rest of the time. I did not see a solution, this service was terrible. I do NOT recommend. I wrapped it up and told my mom, we’re definitely exploring other options.

So, I went in about a year ago with my wife to get her set up in the process and paid the full amount and we were promised that they would be consistent and get her at least the ability to work. It's been a whole year, and there has been no contact. Me and my wife are consistently calling just for these scammers to say they aren't qualified to give us the information me need and that they will call us back which to our surprise(being sarcastic) they don't. This law office is basically full of lies and lazy personnel, and I wouldn't waste a dime on this sorry establishment if you are looking for a better future cause they care less about you just want your money just to never keep you updated.
