I should have done this a long time ago but it slipped my mind until today when I was typing out another company's review. Attorney Russell Zimberlin was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He was on top of things during the whole process and kept me up to date. Attorney Zimberlin's staff was a pleasure to work with also. They were always very friendly and helpful. He was successful in getting me the disability with the State and Social Security. He even gave me some pointers in working with the VA to get my Veteran's disability percentage increased. Attorney Zimberlin didnt like the fact that I was proactive with my own veteran's disability case. Because I was proactive with my own VA case, I ended up doing all my VA claims myself and reached 100% with no work restrictions without his assistance.

Update and retraction of statement.
I made some critical comments of the Zimberlin Firm just earlier this morning.
After reviewing my notes from my disability case, I'm seeing that Attorney Zimberlin did attempt to contact me prior to my hearing. My case denial unfairly tainted Atty. Zimberlin in his treatment of my case. In terms of his involvement in my case, I have no other experience in how an Attorney is supposed to interact with a client on a disability case. I would say that the Attorney knew full well at the hearing that my case was going to be denied, which, in a way, was a relief. Please know that The Zimberlin did their best to assist me.
