I feel so very fortunate to have found this honest, amazing , and honorable firm. I few years ago my best friend referred me to Zubiate Beauchamp LLP to update my will, trust and other miscellaneous legal documents. Karen and Jessica provided above and beyond service. Jessica was very patient with me as I literally brought in a box of "papers" for her review. She took the time to go through them and to provide advice with easy to understand explanations, appropriate relevance , recommendations for dispositions, and if necessary new considerations that had not occurred to me. Recently my mother died and she helped me with her estate. I have used other legal firms in my many years, but nowhere else will you find this amount of honestly, knowledge and empathetic commitment. She was hired to form a corporation with bylaws for a small community. It turns out it was a complete copy and paste job that cost several thousands of dollars. The bylaws her law firm created point to other portions within the bylaws that dont even exist! Please go to the various attorney review websites to see their many 1 star reviews. This law firm has literally cost people tens of thousands of dollars if not more because of incompetence.

My best and oldest friend, a retired police officer recommended Karen and Jessica to me to help reclaim my mother’s trust. She was the victim of elder financial exploitation. They executed the action cleanly and completely and in excellent time, especially considering how desperately the former agent of the trust and her attorney, the one who was supposed to be representing it tried to hold on.

My husband and I had Karen draw up a trust in 2012. The process was easy and she took the time to explain the whole process. When it was necessary to make some changes she again got us through that painlessly; finally, upon the death of my husband, she and her staff were a God send helping me get that sorted out.
